SHIPPING:

Within Canada

Shipping costs $10 and orders typically ship out every Sunday via Canada Post Expedited Service with tracking numbers, which takes anywhere from 3 - 5 business days to reach its destination. All orders over $100 will receive free complimentary standard shipping. Please email us if you require faster delivery times and we will be more than happy to assist in any way we can!

To the Continental U.S. 
Shipping costs $10 and orders typically ship  out every Sunday via USPS First Class with tracking numbers, which takes anywhere from 3 - 5 business days to reach its destination. All orders over $100 will receive free complimentary standard shipping. Please email us if you require faster delivery times and we will be more than happy to assist in any way we can!

International
Shipping costs $15 and orders over $150 will receive complimentary shipping. Please note that there is insurance and delivery confirmation however there is no tracking available. If you would like tracking please contact us for a price quote. Most of our orders reach destination within 2 weeks, however depending on the customs at the country of destination, it may take up to 30 business days or more. Unfortunately, because we have no control over the customs, once the package leaves our shop we cannot guarantee an estimated delivery date. Below is a list of Countries we currently deliver to and if your country is not on the list, please contact us for a shipping quote specific to your destination.

RETURN / REFUND / EXCHANGE

If your order arrive broken/damaged/defective, we apologize for the inconvenience. 
Please contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will be happy to refund or replace the damaged items. 
Due to the nature of our products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns/exchanges because of hygienic reasons.

What should I do if something is out of stock?

Please contact us for product availability as we will try to work something out for you or provide a possible restocking time.
